Rotor Cuff Surgery Anybody Know How Long For Recovery Of Shoulder Rotor Cuff Surgery?

Anybody know how long for recovery of shoulder rotor cuff surgery? - rotor cuff surgery

Cuff.I 2 weeks after surgery on my shoulder still have an incredible amount of pain and discomfort. I can not sleep more than a few hours. I have about 30% of the movement. I have a lot of pain in the triceps area. (Like after a hard drive) and the specific pain under deep cut, probably in the joint. I've heard that an operation is one of the most painful. I think. Depression among hold.Any ideas?

Make sure that your physical therapy exercises, even if it hurts like hell. If you are forming scar tissue and cause more discomfort and stiffness. PT After each exercise, ice it.

It is rather a long process of restoration, unfortunately. It may take up to 3 months, until we meet again simple tasks. Pain and discomfort should improve a bit after 3-4 weeks after surgery, stop! Talk to your doctor about effective pain relief. May require physical therapy, if it still hurts too much.

Finally, to recall that everyone is different and then the person can try to return to work after a month, you can but for some six.
