Wallpaper hanging requires one hand to hold the paper against the wall, and the other the wet paper.
A person with one arm would be hard to do, so to speak.
I assume that a camp is occupied "paper army" b / c you only have 1 arm? Lol ... this is my opinion, do not even know what a "One Armed hangers!
Obviously never tried to hang wallpaper.
If you are the wallpaper, you must hold the paper in one hand and hang easily with others, as a rule, it takes two people doing too well.
