My Emerson TV / DVD combo was acquired in August 2007. It's a very strange problem. It can and will play the disc into the DVD, but can not read or play with others. I have a new region on the DVD and told me I could not reproduce. Then I tried a dozen other albums (all region alone), four games, while it is not recognized, and play five, but the freezing or concussion. I cleaned the DVD drive and hard disks, but that does not help. The model is Ld200wm8 Emerson.
